What are OCN's business hours:
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
What is OCN's circulation:
OCN's print circulation is 4,800.
OCN's current monthly page views on website averages over 100,000.
What areas does OCN cover:
Our primary circulation covers the entire Overton County area, with some overlap into the surrounding counties.
Approximately 5% of our overall print circulation is mailed to other counties in Tennessee as well as out of state.
When is OCN's deadline:
Monday by 12 noon for all editorial and advertising; Inserts must be schedule and received one week before run date. Please call 931.403.6397 for information and scheduling. Or, email darren@overtoncountynews.com.
How can I submit legal notices:
All legal, public notices should be submitted via email to laurie@overtoncountynews.com.
Either attach a word document to the email or copy and paste the notice into the body of the email
(we cannot open Publisher or Word Perfect files), and include dates that notice will need to run.
Laurie will format your notice to OCN specs then confirm receipt of your email and give you a
total price for all insertions of that notice.
If open billing account is not already established, prepayment will be required prior to first insertion.
Once the final insertion is complete, Laurie will then provide proof of publication affidavit to you via email.
Can OCN accept yard sales over the phone?
Yes, we can take you yard sale, or any other classified ad, over the phone.
Payment will be required prior to ad running, and can be made over the phone using any major debit/credit card.
