Ralph Arnold McGinley
Celebration of Life services for Mr. Ralph Arnold McGinley, 74, of the Windle Community, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021, from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home with President David Brandvold and Bro. Mickey Ledbetter officiating. The family will welcome friends Saturday from 12 noon until time of services. Military Honors will be provided at the funeral home by Overton County Veterans Honor Guard.
Mr. McGinley passed from this life from the comfort of his home Wednesday afternoon, February 17, 2021, with his loving wife at his side.
Ralph was retired from the United States Air Force and a member of Livingston Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Ralph enjoyed his church family, helping others, and wanted everyone to be happy and be at peace with one another.
Born December 21, 1946, in Lynchburg, VA, he was the son of the late Hugh James and Mary Elizabeth Coleman McGinley.
In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Joseph “Mickey” McGinley.
Ralph leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Devenna Fletcher McGinley of the Windle Community; three sons, Ted McGinley and wife Karen of Altus, OK, Steven Jacob Carter and wife Samantha of Lucedale, MS, and Lucas Robbins of Mountain Home Air Force Base, ID; two daughters, Dawn Humphrey and husband Jeffery of Waco, TX and Rachel Sinclair and husband Heath of Lawrenceville, GA; 19 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; a brother, Hugh McGinley and wife Karen of Blakeslee, PA; a sister, Sharon Hoensch and husband Glenn of Philadelphia, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
