Mrs. Franklin passed from this life October 8, 2021.

Peggy was a 1946 graduate of Livingston Academy and a member of Midway Christian Church. Peggy truly marched to the beat of her own drum, never met a stranger, and loved humor and pulling a good joke on her family and friends.

She enjoyed flowers of all colors, shapes, and sizes, especially roses. Peggy loved sunny days and was always joyful. She enjoyed cooking for her friends and family, and entertaining at her house making sure her table was set in true proper etiquette with fresh flowers from her home as the centerpiece.

Peggy loved animals and enjoyed just being at home taking care of her house, yard, and decorating for each season. She was also very knowledgeable about birds, a trait she got from her father who taught her from a child by reading her books from the Audubon Society.
