John Cleveland Stults

Memorial services for Mr. John Cleveland Stults, 64, of Bloomingston Springs, were held at 7 p.m. Sunday, December 1, 2019, from the chapel of Goff Funeral Home with Bro. Bruce Cravens officiating with full military honors provided by the Veterans Honor Guard. At his request, the family has chosen cremation.

Mr. Stults died Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at Overton County Health & Rehab. He was a contract meter reader with Upper Cumberland Electric Co-Op for 20 years, a truck driver, a United States Navy Veteran, and a huge Jeff Gordon and Nascar fan.

Born January 10, 1955, in Muncie, IN, he was the son of the John and Oma Turner Stults of Wilder.

He was preceded in death by a son, Tyler Stults; and a brother, Roy Stults.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a daughter, Angela Stults of Morristown; two sons, John Cleveland Stults II and wife Delvon of Rickman and Nathaniel Stults of Cookeville; 6 grandchildren; a sister, Judy Cravens and her husband Bro. Bruce of Clarkrange; and two brothers, James Stults and David Stults, both of Wilder.
