A Rickman man faces charges after a single-vehicle crash on Rickman Road around 4:10 p.m. Saturday, July 25.
According to Tennessee Highway Patrol’s preliminary incident information, Jeremy Neal, 27, of Rickman, was driving a 2004 Ford Explorer north on Rickman Road when the vehicle left the roadway on the left side and struck a utility pole and overturned, coming to final rest in the southbound lane.
Neal, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was injured in the crash.
He is charged with Failure to use Due Care, Driving on Revoked License, Seatbelt, and Financial Responsibility.
The incident was investigated by Trooper Charles Glen Slaven.
