Director of Overton County Schools Donnie Holman issued the Director’s Report to Overton County Board of Education on Tuesday, Oct. 19 meeting.
Actions taken by the school director are as follows:
•Hired Amy Allred as Head Tennis Coach at Livingston Academy, as recommended by Principal Richard Melton.
•Hired Amy Rogers as Girls Assistant Basketball Coach at Hilham Elementary, as recommended by Principal Kim Dial.
•Hired Jessi Harvey as Cheer Coach at Livingston Middle School, effective September, 13, 2021, as recommended by Principal Doug Smith.
•Granted leaves of absence for the following: Rhonda Smith, effective September 8 to October 4, 2021; Claudine Vaughn, effective September 13, 2021; Amanda Masters effective August 23 to December 16, 2021; and Jenny Miller, effectiveAugust 4, 2021.
•Hired April Stover as Special Education Teacher Consultant, effective September 17, 2021, as recommended by Special Education Supervisor Mechelle Nivens.
•Hired Donnie Andrews as CDC One-to-One Assistant, effective October 17, 2021, as recommended by Special Education Supervisor Mechelle Nivens.
