Melton’s Menu

1 can cream style corn

½ c. evaporated milk

1 egg, beaten

¼ c. butter, melted



1 ½ c. Ritz crackers, crumbled

Heat corn and milk, do not boil. Add egg, salt and pepper, mix in 1 c. cracker crumbs. Pour mixture into baking dish. Mix butter and ½ c. cracker crumbs and put on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
