A music event in memory of Jake Carwile will be held Saturday, Sept. 28 at Livingston Centeral Park.

Doors open at 2 p.m.

All proceeds from Jake Fest are to go to Caring For Carcinoid, local cancer philanthropy, college scholarships for LA seniors, and Livingston Academy Quarterback Club.

According to the Carwile family, Jake Carwile loved music and loved playing music, and Jake Fest is a fitting way to honor and remember his life.

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Children 12 and under are admitted free. Tickets are available at American Bank & Trust in Livingston and are also available to buy online at https://app.gopassage.com/events/jake-fest.

Featured musical talent will be Blackhawk, Scooter Brown Band, and The Journeymen, sponsored by American Bank & Trust of the Cumberlands.
