Melton’s Menu

8-10 chicken wings, legs, or thighs

1/2 c. soy sauce

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 t. Tabasco sauce

pinch ground ginger


Place chicken in greased crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over cooked rice.
