STATE OF TENNESSE, Overton COUNTY WHEREAS, JAMES CARL GORE AND NEATIE GORE executed a Deed of Trust to TRANSOUTH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, Lender and PHIL YATES, Trustee(s), which was dated FEBRUARY 12, 1999 and recorded on FEBRUARY 16, 1999 in Book 246, Pager 186, OVERTON County, Tennessee Register of Deeds. WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, IRA Innovations LLC FBO Walker J. Beginning at a set stone near a light pole near Highway No. 52; running thence Southwestwardly to the B.L. Hick’s corner; thence with Hicks and Sells land Northwardly back to State Highway No. 52; thence with said highway Eastwardly back to the place of beginning. Containing about one and one-half acre, more or less.

Being the same property conveyed in a Warranty Deed from James Carl Gore to Neatie Gore and James C. Gore, dated November 6, 1970, and recorded on November 6, 1970, in Book 139, Page 263.
