Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of April 2014, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., at the main entrance of the Overton County Courthouse, in Livingston, Tennessee, the undersigned Successor Trustee, RANDY DODSON, designated as Successor Trustee by instrument dated March 13, 2014, and of record in Record Book 132, Page 120, Register’s Office, Overton County, Tennessee, by the terms of Deed(s) of Trust from HUBERT JOHNSON and SHIRLEY JOHNSON to JACK WINDLE, Trustee, dated September 30, 2002 and recorded on October 18, 2002 @ 11:25 a.m.. in Trust Book 311, Page 320, in the Register’s Office of Overton County, Tennessee, by reason of default in the obligation secured thereby and performance of the covenants contained therein, including the breach or default, will sell to the highest bidder for cash the interest conveyed to the Trustee by said Deed(s) of Trust in and to the property hereinafter described.

The sale will be made without warranty as to title or encumbrances including unpaid taxes for the purpose of paying the obligations secured by the said Deed(s) of Trust, including charges and expenses of the Trustee, sums expended under the terms thereof, interest, attorneys’ fees, and the unpaid balance of the note secured thereby. This sale will be held in compliance with the terms of Section 35-5-101, et seq., Tennessee Code Annotated.

Said lands are described as follows, to-wit:

LYING and being in the 4th Civil District of Overton County, Tennessee, being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

BEGINNING at a black gum near the margin of the 10-foot driveway or right-of-way to the property herein conveyed, on the South side of same; thence Westwardly crossing the Joe Carter Road approximately 255 feet to a steel post, the line of Donnie Sullivan; thence Northwardly with the Sullivan line approximately 70 feet to a steel post; thence Eastwardly along the meanders of the roadway approximately 260 feet to a steel post; thence Southwardly approximately 110 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing one acre, more or less, and

INCLUDED in this conveyance is a right-of-way 10 feet in width across the remaining land of Donnie Sullivan extending from the Southeast corner of the tract herein conveyed to the public road.

The previous and last conveyance being a deed from Donnie L. Sullivan and Tony L. Sullivan to Hubert Johnson et ux Shirley Johnson, which deed is of record in Warranty Deed Book 294, Page 435, Register’s Office, Overton County, Tennessee.

Quit Claim Deed in Record Book 23, Page 250 relinquished all rights to the right-of-way described above.

This property includes a 2002 Clay Mobile Home.

Such property being a portion of property identified as Tax Map 10, Parcel 1.01.
