Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by a certain Deed of Trust executed June 14, 2004 by John H. Carter Jr. to Arnold M. Weiss, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the office of the Register of Overton County, Tennessee, in TD Book 347, Page 50, and the owner of the debt secured, Green Tree Servicing LLC, having requested the undersigned to advertise and sell the property described in and conveyed by said Deed of Trust, all of said indebtedness having matured by default in the payment of a part thereof, at the option of the owner, this is to give notice that the undersigned will, on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 commencing at 12:00 PM, at the East Door of the Courthouse, Livingston, Overton County, Tennessee proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:

Situated in County of Overton, State of Tennessee.

Land lying and being in the 7th Civil District of Overton County, Tennessee, to wit: Beginning at a set stone on the North margin of a paved county road in the fence row; thence with said road the following calls and distances: North 79-38 East 243.0 feet; North 72-17 East 95.2 feet; North 69-20 East 184.0 feet; North 77-15 East 100.0 feet; North 82-15 East 120.3 feet; North 86-15 East 175.0 feet to a steel fence post; thence North 12-00 West 142.5 feet to a steel fence post; thence North 81-55 West 951.0 feet to a poplar in a fence row; thence with the fence row South 44-12 West 195.2 feet; thence continuing with the fence row South 33-55 East 385.7 feet to the point of beginning, containing Seven (7) acres, more or less. The previous and last being a Deed recorded in Book 301, page 585, ROOCT.
