NOTICE TO CREDITORS
ESTATE OF: William J. Martin (deceased)
Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of May, 2011, Letters Testamentary in respect of the estate of William J. Martin who died on April 15, 2011 were issued to the undersigned Marietta Handy by the Chancery Court/Probate Division of Overton County, Tennessee.
All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk and Master of the above named Court within the earlier of four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

Cookeville Christian Broadcasting is proposing to construct a broadcast tower located off of Joe Maxwell Rd, Overton County, TN at Latitude N36-25-54.8, Longitude W85-23-27.0. The tower is proposed to be a guyed-wire design and 198’ tall. Cookeville Christian Broadcasting seeks comments from all interested persons on the impact of the tower on any districts, sites, buildings, structures, or objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering, or culture, that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places. Specific information about the project, including the historic preservation reviews that Cookeville Christian Broadcasting is conducting pursuant to the rules of the Federal Communications Commission (47 C.F.R. Sections 1.1307(4)) and the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (36 C.F.R. Part 800) will be made available to interested persons who request the information from the contact below.
