to unite in matrimony May 15

Miss Mary Frances Ledbetter

Peggy and Donald Ledbetter, of Livingston proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Mary Frances Ledbetter to Matthew David Haugk, son of Richard and Linda Haugk, of Baxter.

The bride elect is the granddaughter of Polly Rooker of Livingston, and the late Bryan Rooker and Velma Ledbetter of Livingston, and the late Glenmore Ledbetter.

She is a 2004 graduate of Livingston Academy and a 2008 graduate of Tennessee Tech with a bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education and is employed with Lighthouse Learning Academy in Cookeville.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Joanette Haugk of Silver Point, and the late Jack Haugk and Ruby and Thomas “Bud” Maynard.

He is a 2003 graduate of Upperman High School and is employed as the Assistant Superintendent of Southern Hills Golf Course.

The wedding will take place at Boma Church of God in Baxter on Saturday, May 15.

to join in matrimony September 25

Tammy Looper and Bobby Anderson, of Livingston proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Tiffany Ann Anderson to Phillip Scott Smith, son of Sheila Diane Smith, of Livingston and the late Johnny “Squeak” Smith.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bobby and Barbara Geesling.

She is a 2009 graduate of Livingston Academy and is now attending Tennessee Technology Center at Livingston’s Cosmetology program.

The groom to be is the grandson of the late John and Jesse Smith and the late Franklin and Shelby Lewis. He is a 1998 graduate of Livingston Academy.

The wedding will take place at the Willow Place Conference Center on Saturday, Sept. 25 beginning at 2 p.m.
