Donna Zell (Clark) Deck
Funeral services for Ms. Donna Zell (Clark) Deck, 60, of Livingston, were conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, July 27, 2010 from the chapel of Hall

Funeral Home, with Bro. Kerry Higgins officiating.

Burial was in Tharp Cemetery in Hardy’s Chapel community of Overton County.

Ms. Deck died Saturday, July 24, at her home.

Born January 30, 1950 in Overton County, she was the daughter of the late Garlon and Ruth (Stewart) Clark. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Delores Faye Deck.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Terri and Frankie Dixon; 3 sisters and 2 brothers-in-law, Lula Belle and M.J. Hammock, Rose Nell and Billy Gray, and Anna Dell Swan; a brother, Beecher Clark; a grandson, Randall Dixon; a special friend, Mark Warren; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Herbert Clark, Delon Clark, Ricky Clark, Erik Hammock, Kenny Reagan, and Jackie Clark.

Esther (Leval) Franklin
Funeral services for Mrs. Esther (Leval) Franklin, 93, of Crossville, were conducted at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 4, 2010 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home, with Bro. Frank Nolan officiating.

Burial was in Campground Cemetery in Hilham.

Mrs. Franklin died Saturday, July 31, at Cumberland Medical Center in Crossville. She had been a homemaker and attended Tansi Community Church.

Born April 19, 1917 in Benk, Hungary, she was the daughter of the late Steve and Ester (Litki) Leval. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a half-brother and step-sister.

Survivors include her husband, Charlie Franklin of Crossville; 3 daughters and 2 sons-in-law, Shirley and Lyle Simons of Crossville, Linda and Calvin Kelly of Cedar Lake, IN; and Donna Franklin of Denver, CO; and 5 grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Matthew Anderson, Steven Anderson, Calvin Kelly, Joseph Keilman, Robert Stewart, and Earl Stewart.
