Mr. and Mrs. Houston Hodges and family of Manchester visited relatives in Livingston over the weekend.
Hugh Holman, who is attending school in Memphis, is visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bedford Holman.
Mrs. Eula Davis and grandson, Carl French Ledbetter, are visiting this week in Murfreesboro enroute to Atlanta Ga. to visit Paul French. They will be joined in Murfreesboro by their granddaughter, Sally Saller.
Mrs. Carl Ledbetter, who is attending summer school at Tennessee Teachers College, Murfreesboro, spent the weekend at home in Livingston.
Deborah Elaine Ledbetter, little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oren Ledbetter, celebrated her first birthday with a party on June 9 at their home. Mrs. Chester Ledbetter was co-hostess and helped serve ice cream, cake and cold drinks. A good time was had by all. Those attending were: Judy, Keith, Ronnie and Paul Ledbetter, Billy and David Archie, Ruby and Randall Cantrell, Angela Frost, Mrs. Joe Frost, Mrs. Glen Ledbetter, Mrs. W.F. Archie and Mrs. Lou Dotson.

William Joseph Murphy, 71, passed away at his home near Alpine on June 16. Funeral services and burial were at Okolona on June 18 with Bro. Johnson of Crossville officiating. Speck-Hyder Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
