Circular Letter

The following named parties are respectfully requested to meet at the Court house in Livingston on Saturday the 26th day of Oct. 1889, for the purpose of taking the necessary steps to organize a “Confederate Bivouac” and by so doing attach ourselves to the Association of Confederate Veterans throughout the state and in the South generally, come one, come all:
