Chris and Bridgette Dial proudly announce the birth of their son, Garrett Taylor Dial, who arrived April 21, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
He weighed 6 lbs. 11oz. and measured 20.5 inches in length.
His grandparents are Danny and Linnie Garrett, and Pasty Wilborn.

Miss Tautkus & Mr. Dortch
join in marriage February 2

Robin Lee Tautkus and Seth Carleon Dortch were united in marriage at The Riverside Pavilion in Port Orange, FL, on February 2, 2008. Jason Harriman, a minister of Jehovah’s Witnesses, performed the double-ring ceremony.
The bride wore an ivory colored, vintage style dress with lace and pearls, by Oleg Cassini.
Serving as matron of honor was Cecilia Trinko. Bridesmaids were Keira Tautkus, sister-in-law of the bride, and Holly Bickel. Their dresses were black strapless and mid-knee length.
Serving as best man was the groom’s brother, Shem Dortch. Shad Dortch, also brother of the groom, served as groomsman, and Dustin Trinko. They wore black tuxedos with ivory shirts, black vests, and black ties. The groom wore a black tux with black shirt, white vest, and an ivory tie.
Little eight-month old Isabel Trinko was the flower girl. Her dress was made to match the bride’s. She was pushed down the aisle in a vintage sleigh carriage by five-year old Nathan Bickel, who served as ring-bearer. His outfit matched the groomsmen.
Guests included friends and relatives from Florida, Tennessee, and Santa Cruz, CA.
After a honeymoon Carnival Cruise to Key West, FL, and Cozumel, Mexico, the couple are making their home in Port Orange, FL.

Miss Peeler & Mr. Phillips
to exchange June wedding vows

Mr. and Mrs. Ernie and Betty Peeler, of Hilham, proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amanda, to Mr. James Phillips, son of Lena Phillips and the late Jim Phillips.
She is a 2005 graduate of Livingston Academy. She is a stay- at- home aunt who babysits Kaelyn, Kamryn, and Baby Ty
He is a 2006 graduate of Jackson County High School. He is employed at Tri-Green in Cookeville.
The ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. on Friday, June 13.

join in marriage May 30

Miss April Nichole Lacy, of Alpine, became the bride of Mr. Charlie A. Maxfield on Friday, May 30.
The bride is the daughter of Terry and Sandy Lacy, of Alpine.
The groom is the son of Charlie and Jane Maxfield, of Allons.
