Zebadia Lowell Bowman was born February 23 at Livingston Regional Hospital to parents Daniel and Angel Bowman and big brother Levi Bowman.
He weighed 3 lbs. 11oz. and measured 16.5 inches in length.
He is the grandson of Buddy and JoAnn Reed, of Livingston, Ray and Kathy Wilson, of Cookeville.
He is the great-grandson of Bonnie Edmonds, of Livingston, and Mersuda Scarlett of Lavergne.

Mr. and Mrs. Allen and Karen Baltimore proudly announce the engagement of their daughter, Erin Kasey Baltimore, to Mr. Timothy Kyle Dickerson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ken and Tina Dickerson.
The bride elect is the granddaughter of Allon and Ethel White, of Livingston, and Waymon and Faye Baltimore, of Livingston.
She is a 2004 graduate of Livingston Academy and will graduate at the end of April from the practical nursing program in Livingston. Currently employed with First National Bank of Tennessee, she has recently accepted a job with Harpeth Pediatrics in Franklin, TN.
The future groom is the grandson of Pherne Abney, of Fort Worth, TX, Viola Dickerson of Jonesboro, LA, the late Jim Hollars, and Boyd Dickerson.
He is a 2004 graduate of Lipscomb University in Nashville holding a degree in Pre-professional Psychology. A former officer with Livingston City Police, he is now the lead counselor for the King’s Daughters School in Columbia, TN.
The ceremony will take place May 10, 2008. The couple will reside in Columbia, TN.

He is a 2005 graduate of Livingston Academy and is employed at Ilight Technologies in Cookeville.
The ceremony will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 12, at Memorial Baptist Church. All friends and family are invited to attend.

The future groom is the son of James and Deborah Copeland, of Livingston. He is the grandson of Jo Gould, of Crossville.
He is a graduate of Livingston Academy and holds a bachelor of science degree in history from Tennessee Technological University. He is the historical arts assistant for the Cookeville Depot Museum and the Cookeville History Museum.
The wedding will take place at 7 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, at Wisdom Faith Community Church in Wisdom, KY. All family, friends and coworkers are invited to attend.
