Miss Childress & Mr. Geesling to exchange wedding vows June 14

Miss Anna Grace Childress & Mr. Brandon Geesling

Mr. and Mrs. James Robert Childress, of Hilham, and Mr. and Mrs. Larry James Geesling, of Hilham, proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming wedding of their children Anna Grace Childress and Brandon Pete Geesling.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Jackson County High School and 2005 graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in secondary education-biology. She is employed by Warren County High School.

The future groom is a 2000 graduate of Livingston Academy. He served as a United States Marine and is a 2006 graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in wildlife and fisheries science. He is employed by the Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency.

The ceremony will be held in Destin, FL, on June 14, 2008. The couple will reside in Hohenwald, TN, after a honeymoon to Oahu, Hawaii.

 

Miss Poston & Mr. Short to unite in matrimony April 26

Mr. Dustin Short & Miss Sarah Poston

Mr. and Mrs. Jerry and Freida Poston, of Cookeville, and Mr. and Mrs. Jeff and Jewel Short, of Monterey, proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their children, Sarah Poston and Mr. Dustin Short.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Annette Poston, of Cookeville, Irene Robinson, of Cookeville, the late Andy Poston, and Beecher Robinson.

She is a 2007 early graduate of Cookeville High School, and graduated from Tennessee Technology Center of Livingston as a dental assistant and is currently employed with Food Lion.

The future groom is the grandson of Anna Short, of Monterey, Clara Lacy, of Alpine, the late Kenneth Short, and Herlin Lacy.

He is a 2003 graduate of Livingston Academy. He is employed with IWC and Tennessee National Guard Armory.

The ceremony will take place at 5:30 p.m. at Poplar Grove Baptist Church.
