Overall of Cookeville was here Wednesday for the Missionary meeting. • Mr. and Mrs. A.F. Swallows of Algood are visiting their son, H.G. Swallows and family this week. • Joe Copeland was in Cincinnati Wednesday. • Mrs. and Mrs. Balley Locke of Crossroads were here last week for the funeral of Mrs. Arlis Hodges. • Little Terry Albert visited his aunt, Mrs. J.A. Oakley the first of the week. • Miss Veo Smith, who has been ill with the flu, is able to be out again. • J.G. Eastland is ill with the flu. • Mr. and Mrs. Paul Cappe of Nashville attended the funeral of Mrs. Arlis Hodges last Friday. • Mrs. W.C. Smith is on the sick list. • Among those from Jamestown attending the Missionary zone meeting at the Methodist Church here Wednesday were Mrs. C.B. Winton, Mrs. Will Storie, Mrs. Alice Dayhuff, and Mrs. J.G. Wright. • J. W. Arnold of Oakley who has been ill is reported some better. • Billy, Jim, and Charles Owen Little spent the week-end at Henard with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C.H. Maddox. • Mr. and Mrs. Parsons of Celina were guests of their daughter, Mrs. Edward Qualls and Mr. Qualls Wednesday night. • Mr. and Mrs. Rollins and son of Nashville visited Mrs. Little of Livingston and Mrs. C.H. Maddox of Henard Sunday.
