• Everyone enjoyed the nice rain at the first of the week.
• The revival at Camp Ground closed Saturday. We had good preaching throughout but no professions.
• The Rev. James T. Hooten has been spending a few days at home, but has returned to east Tennessee, where he will continue revival work.
• Mrs. Dorothy Phillips, who has been very ill, is slowly improving.
• Miss Hessie Lane has returned to Los Angeles, Calif.
• Cleto Hill and Harold Stout, of Detroit Mich., are visiting home folks.
• The W.P.A. workers are getting along nicely on the bridge near Setser’s Store.
• Mr. and Mrs. Bryant Johnson and Woodrow Johnson of Detroit are visiting friends and relatives.
• Miss Florry Eldridge, of Anderson, Ind., is visiting home folks.
• Mrs. Bertha Phillips is ill.
• A large crowd attended the decoration at New Hope Sunday regardless of the rain.
• Mayhue Masters has returned to Detroit after visiting home folks.
• Miss Josephine Setser has returned to Dayton, Ohio after visiting home folks for a few days.

• Mr. and Mrs. Walter Ledbetter and Claf Gore went to Allons to the baptizing Sunday.
• Miss Eula Savage came home from Algood Sunday and went to Allons to the baptizing.
• J.V. McAlpin and family were in Allons Sunday.
• Ridley Gore of Algood is visiting friends and relatives at Walnut Grove.
• Mrs. Verley Savage spent Sunday afternoon with Mrs. Eulon Ray.
