Weddings

Ms. Savage and Mr. Chaffins exchange Dec. 2 wedding vows

Ms. Laura Savage, given in marriage by her sons, Joshua Turner and Jacob Turner, became the bride of Mr. Daniel Chaffins on Friday, Dec. 2 at her home.

The bride is the daughter of Lorraine Neal of Rickman and Larry Savage of Allons. She is the granddaughter of Edeth Savage of Livingston and the late E.J. Savage.

The groom is the son of Rita Garrett and George Chaffins, both of Livingston.

 

Engagements

Miss Winningham and Mr. Williams to unite in matrimony January 21

Mr. and Mrs. David Winningham proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kath-erine Sydney, to Jeremy Wade Williams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wade Williams of Fayetteville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.C. "Dusty" Hale and the late Mr. and Mrs. Gradis Winningham.

She is a 1999 graduate of Livingston Academy and a 2003 graduate of University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She also attended Tennessee Technological University, where she received her master of arts degree in educational psychology in 2005.

She is employed as coordinator of Greek Life and University Programming for Tennessee Tech.

The future groom is the grandson of Mabel Williams of Howell, Kyle and June Broyles of Telford, and the late Robert E. Williams Sr.

He is a 1998 graduate of Lincoln County High School and a 2004 graduate of University of Tennessee at Knoxville, where he received his bachelor of science degree in agricultural economics and business.

He is employed as shipping and receiving manager for High Caliber Services in Cookeville.

The ceremony will take place Saturday, Jan. 21 at First United Methodist Church in Livingston.
