Haley LeeAnn Phillips

Matthew and Chrystal Phillips proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Haley LeeAnn, who arrived on July 6, 2005, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

She weighed 6 lbs. 4 oz. and measured 18.5 inches in length.

She is the granddaughter of Gary and Cathy Phillips of Monterey and Lisa Loftis of Cookeville, and the great granddaughter of James and Ella Bilbrey, and J.B. and Oma Phillips.

Also welcoming home the new arrival was his big brother, James.

 

Thomas Lee Shoemake

Billy and Thresa Shoemake proudly announce the birth of their son, Thomas Lee, who arrived July 29, 2005, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

He weighed 7 lbs. 7 oz. and measured 21.25 inches in length.

His grandparents are Jimmie and Barbra Peek of Rickman and Wilburn and Estelle Mae Shoemake of Willow Grove.

Also welcoming home the new arrival was his big brother, Billy.

Miss Meredith and Mr. Oliver to join in matrimony Sept. 17

Miss Rebecca Annette Meredith and Mr. Lucas Wayne Oliver announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Verna Meredith of Alpine and Ed Meredith of Lancaster, KY. She is the granddaughter of Amly Poore of Byrdstown, Edgar Sr. and Gladys Meredith of Finksburg, MD, the late Edd O. Poore, and Janice Meredith.

A high school graduate of Gateway School in Memphis, she is employed as assistant editor at Overton County News.

The future groom is the son of Brenda Oliver of Livingston and the grandson of the late Dallas and Evalena Collins.

He is a graduate of Livingston Academy and is employed as a paint mixer at Eaton-Inoac.

The wedding will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17 at Alpine Christ Church Presbyterian.

All friends and relatives of the couple are invited to attend. A reception will be held immediately after the ceremony.

After honeymooning in Charleston, SC, and Savannah, GA, the couple will make their home in Alpine.

 

Miss Smith and Mr. Keys to exchange wedding vows Sept. 10

William and Jennings "Trader" Hill and Carolyn Hill, along with Joshua Dakota Smith, proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Joshua's mother, Pamela Lynn Smith, to Brandon Lee "Tex" Keys, son of Harry Dale Keys and Janet Bailey of Indiana and James and Juanita Ringley of Livingston.

The wedding will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 at Standing Stone Praise & Worship Center in Hilham.

A reception will be held after the ceremony at the home of Carolyn Hill.

No formal invitations will be sent. All friends and relatives are invited.

 

Miss Smith and Mr. Wolfram to unite in marriage September 24

Bryant and Kim Smith of Byrdstown proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brandi Nicole, to Jesse Lee Wolfram, son of Justin and Donna Demps of Livingston and Tim and Karen Wolfram of Murfreesboro.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Hollis and Nelda Smith of Byrdstown and Roy and Bobbie Norrod of Monroe.

She is a 2001 graduate of Pickett County High School and is employed with Tennessee Oncology in Nashville.

The future groom is the grandson of Donal and Julie Copeland of Livingston, John and Dolores Turnbull of Livingston, Mary Wolfram of Loveland, OH, and the late Charles Wolfram.

He is a 2002 graduate of Livingston Academy and is employed at Lowe's in Lebanon.

The ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 24 at Smyrna Church in Byrdstown.

All friends and relatives of the couple are invited.
