Miss Avaritt and Mr. Taylor to exchange vows in Arkansas
Ken and Kelli Avaritt proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Katie Sueanne, to Jesse Curtis Taylor, son of Wayne and Debie Taylor. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Kenneth and Sue Avaritt of Benton, AR, and Gray and Vicki Fields of Alva, OK. She is a 2002 graduate of Bergman High School in Harrison, AR. The future groom is the grandson of the late Curtis and Connie Taylor. A 1999 graduate of Livingston Academy, he earned his bachelor of science degree in Agriculture, along with certifications in Agriculture Science and Biology, from Tennessee Technological University in 2003, and his master of arts degree in Instructional Leadership from TTU on May 7, 2005. He is employed at Stanford High School in Stanford, KY. The wedding will take place at 7 p.m. Friday, June 24 at Harrison Church of Christ in Harrison. A reception will follow immediately. After honeymooning in Eureka Springs, AR, the couple will reside in either Arkansas or Tennessee.
Miss Gunnels and Mr. Miller to unite in matrimony June 17
Jeff and Vonda Gunnels of Monterey proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lecretia Hope, to Andrew Paul Miller, son of Mark and Sharon Miller of Monterey. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Anna Short of Monterey, Geraldine Garrett and Peggy Gunnels, both of Livingston, the late Kenneth Short, Rodney Gunnels, and Howard Garrett. She is a 2002 graduate of Livingston Academy and is employed at Allied Home Medical in Cookeville. The future groom is the grandson of the late Lloyd and Cliva Phipps and Earnest and Mae Miller. He is a 2002 graduate of Monterey High School and is employed at Cumberland Containers in Monterey. The wedding will take place at 6 p.m. Friday, June 17 at Fairview Freewill Baptist Church in Livingston. All friends and relatives of the couple are invited to attend.
