Miss Stephens and Mr. Travis to exchange wedding vows May 14
Mr. and Mrs. Michael L. Stephens of Livingston proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, April Michelle, to Charles "Jason" Travis, son of Charles Travis and Darlene Travis, both of Hendersonville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Larry Stephens and Mr. and Mrs. Arlie Norris Jr. She is a 1999 graduate of Tennessee Technological University, where she received a bachelor of science degree in Fashion and Design. She is employed as an insurance agent with AFLAC. The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Travis and Mr. and Mrs. Dallas DeRossett. He attended Middle Tennessee State University and is employed with Sumner County Sheriff's Department. He has been enlisted in the United States Army for 11 years, where he serves as a sergeant in the 100th Division Band. The wedding will take place at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 14 at First Christian Church in Livingston.
