Miss Smith and Mr. Qualls wed February
5 in Gatlinburg

Miss Britany Lynn Smith, given in marriage by her mother and her
brother, Jonathan Smith, became the bride of Scotty Lee Qualls on
February 5 at Chapel in the Glenn in Gatlinburg.
Mike Simpson officiated the 4 p.m. double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Debbie Smith of Livingston and Larry
Smith of Spencer. She is the granddaughter of Ed and Winnie Dailey
of Livingston and Ridley and Emma Smith of Cookeville.
She is a graduate of Livingston Academy and is a student at Vol
State Community College, where she is pursuing a degree as a registered
nurse. She is employed at Livingston Regional Hospital as a nursing
assistant.
The groom is the son of James and Tina Qualls and Butch and Nancy
Farmer, all of Livingston. He is the grandson of Sammie Qualls of
Livingston and the late Harlis Qualls.
A graduate of Livingston Academy, he is employed at Cooper Recycling
as a truck driver. Serving as maid of honor was Melissa Ferrell,
best friend of the bride.
Hailey Brown, daughter of Josh and Jessica Brown, was the flower
girl, and Kaylin Garrett, daughter of Jeremy and Tabbatha Garrett,
was the ring bearer.
Derek Dishman, best friend of the groom, served as best man.
A reception followed the ceremony at Greenbrier Restaurant in Gatlinburg.
Keeping the guest register was Wendy Smith, sister-in-law of the
bride.
The newlyweds spent their honeymoon at Whispering Way Cabin in
Gatlinburg.
They are now making their home in Livingston.

Miss Kase and Mr. Templeton to exchange
June wedding vows

James and Ronda Kase of Livingston proudly announce the engagement
and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Megan Brooke, to Christapher
Tralane Templeton of Cookeville, son of Donnie Ray and Tamyra Templeton
of Lawrence, MI.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Stanley and Maxine Bridgman
and Gerald and Doris Kase, all of Mountain Home, AR.
She is being homeschooled and plans to graduate in June.
The future groom is the grandson of Carmen Loop of Lawrence, the
late Dale Lee Loop, and Archie W. and Melba Lorita Templeton. He
is the great grandson of Jesse E. and Nita Lewis of Smithwich, TX.
He is a 2002 homeschooled graduate and plans to receive his two-year
degree in Bible this June from Tennessee Bible College.
The wedding will take place on Friday, June 17 at Northeast Church
of Christ in Cookeville.
