Joe Copeland and Emmit Ledbetter were in Nashville Saturday on business.

Mr. and Mrs. Bill Maynord, of Crossville, are visiting relatives and friends here.

Keith Ball, Cecil Shipley, and Odell Huddleston were in town last Tuesday night.

Mrs. Mary Dennis of Oakley was the guest of Mr. and Mrs. J.Y. Spicer last week.

Mrs. W.M. Breeding and little Miss Sarah Breeding are visiting in Pikeville.

Mrs. Arlice Hodges has returned home after a few days stay in Nashville.

W.O. Sewell and Walter Thompson were in Nashville Thursday on business.

Mrs. R.L. Little, who has been quite ill for sevral days, is reported better.

Beatrice Copeland, of Knoxville, is visiting her grandfather, Billy Copeland.

Mrs. Murphy, of Willow Grove, is here with her son, Henry Murphy, and family.

Mrs. Paul Capps, of Nashville, was the guest of Mrs. Alta Keisling last Friday.

Mrs. Hattie Roberts, of Nashville, visited her mother, Mrs. W.R. Smith, Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. B.B. Garrett and M.P. Garrett, of Allons, were in town last Tuesday.

Charlie Vaughn, county agent of Clay County, was in town Tuesday on business.

J.R. Copeland and Joe Carmack were in Knoxville transacting business.

J.A. Little, of Nashville, is visiting his brother, R.L. Little, and family this week.

Miss Marlyn McWhirter, of Campaign, is the guest of Miss Jonnie Marie Averitt.

Mrs. Jack Rowian, of Lancaster, attended the Smith and Smith wedding last Friday.

Mr. and Mrs. C.C. Taylor were at Crossville, Harriman, and Dayton last Wednesday.

Rebecca and Eddie Taylor are spending a few days with their grandparents at Crossville.

Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Roberts, of Nashville, and Edison Smith were at Newport Sunday.

Miss Jessie Qualls, of East Livingston, visited Mr. and Mrs. Herschel Little, Tuesday.

Mr. and Mrs. T.M. Oakley attended the Bilbrey reunion at Roaring River Sunday.

Mrs. Sallie Dillon Newberry, of Texas, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Dillon.

Mr. and Mrs. Duke, of Cookeville, were visiting Mrs. Duke's father and family Monday.

John Howard Mitchell is the guest of Harold Mitchell Childress at Whitwell this week.

Miss Rose Zachary, of Allons, spent last week here with her sister, Mrs. Doak Dickerson.

Paul Copeland, of Crossville, visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E.M. Copeland, Sunday.
