Isaiah Wade Bowman

Joshua and Kyria Bowman proudly announce the birth of their son, Isaiah Wade, who arrived at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2004, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

He weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz. and measured 21 inches in length.

He is the grandson of Evan and Monica Sidwell and Fred and Donna Sherrill, all of Livingston.

 

Emily Grace Key

Jammie and Amanda Key, of Hilham, proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Emily Grace, who was born on May 5, 2004, at Centennial Medical Center.

She weighed 1 lb. 5.8 oz. and measured 12 inches in length.

Her grandparents are Bud and Carol Allen of Hilham and Doyle and Patricia Key of Livingston. She is the great granddaughter of Alba Allen.

 

Dmitri Devon Oaks

Brian and Jennifer Oaks, of Silver Point, proudly announce the birth of their son, Dmitri Devon, who arrived August 22, 2004, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.

He weighed 9 lbs. 5 oz. and measured 22.75 inches in length.

He is the grandson of Bruce and Marlene McDonald of Livingston and Jerry and Judy Oaks of Silver Point.

Miss Garrett and Mr. Huckeby to exchange wedding vows Oct. 23

Dale and Sheila Garrett, of Monroe, proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Chaya,to Robert Huckeby, son of Bobby and Judy Huckeby of Monroe and Rhonda and Gerald Willeford of Hilham.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Herbert and Delma Ray Garrett and Cosby and Maudie Garrett.

She is a graduate of Livingston Academy.

The future groom is the grandson of Creg and Margaret Colson and Junior and Wilma Huckeby.

He is a graduate of Livingston Academy and Tennessee Technology Center at Livingston.

The wedding will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23 at the home of Dale Garrett, located at 7414 Oak Grove Road in Monroe.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend.

 

Miss Melton and Mr. Collins to unite in matrimony October 23

W.B. and Peggy Melton proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Bethany Monique, to Everett Sean Collins, son of Sam T. and Barbara Collins of Pulaski.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Addie Melton of Allons, the late J.P. Melton and Ed and Virgie Jolly.

She is a 1996 graduate of Livingston Academy and received her bachelor's degree in Science from Tennessee Techological University in 2001. She is employed with the United States Department of Agriculture.

The future groom is the grandson of the late Everett and Sallie Holt and Sam T. II and Christine Collins.

He is a 1994 graduate of Giles County High School and attended Tennessee Technology Center at Pulaski, receiving certification as a machinist. He is employed as a tool and die maker at SG Technologies.

The garden wedding will take place at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Brown in Livingston.

A reception will follow the ceremony.

Formal invitations will be sent.

 

Miss Miller and Mr. Phillips to join in marriage October 16

Roger and Janet Miller of Crawford proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Melissa Dale, to Matthew Duane Phillips, son of Duane and Laura Phillips of Livingston.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Rachel Miller, Della Norrod, and the late Clarence Miller and Roger Norrod. She is a 2002 graduate of Monterey High School.

The future groom is the grandson of Clifford and Opal Phillips and the late Tom and Geraldine Deck.

He is a 2002 graduate of Livingston Academy.

The ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16 at Hanging Limb Freewill Baptist Church.

James Leon Story and Betty Story proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley, to James Speck, son of Wanda Burke of Algood and Cecil Speck of Livingston.

The wedding will take place at 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 15 at Harris Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
