Elijah Zayvien Abbott

Heather Abbott, of Livingston, proudly announces the birth of her son, Elijah Zayvien, who arrived on August 3, 2004, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

He weighed 9 lbs. 9.6 oz. and measured 21.5 inches in length.

He is the grandson of Margaret Abbott and Mark and Tabitha Abbott, all of Rickman. His great grandparents are Ova Reagan of Allons, Betty Abbott of Livingston, the late E.J. Reagan, and J.T. Abbott.

Great-great grandparents are Myrtle McDonald of Livingston and the late Elliott McDonald, Jim Reagan, and Emma Reagan.

Also welcoming home the new arrival was his big brother, Isaiah Jayeton, and his big sister, MaKayla Sheyann.

 

Emily Elizabeth Geesling

Scott and Amanda Geesling, of Hilham, proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Emily Elizabeth, who arrived on July 9, 2004, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

She weighed 6 lbs. 8 oz. and measured 18.75 inches in length.

She is the granddaughter of Charles and Nelda Geesling of Hilham and Jerry and Gwen Rhoten of Celina. Her great grandparents are Robert and Virginia Smith and Christine Capps, all of Celina.

Welcoming home the new arrival was her big brother, Dylan Wayne.

 

William Alexander and Benjamin Douglas Reed


Bill and Paula Reed, of Signal Mountain, proudly announce the birth of their sons, William Alexander and Benjamin Douglas, who arrived on July 19, 2004, at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. William weighed 5 lbs. 12 oz. and measured 18 inches in length. Benjamin weighed 6 lbs. 2 oz. and measured 19 inches in length.

They are the grandchildren of Doug and Alice Reed of Hanging Limb, Mary Greer of Signal Mountain, and Carl Franklin of California.

Also welcoming home the new arrivals was their 4 year-old brother, Andrew Jackson.

 

Lynsey Nicole Williams

Edward and Beverly Williams, of Crawford, proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Lynsey Nicole, who arrived on July 26, 2004, at Livingston Regional Hospital.

She weighed 7 lbs. 11.7 oz. and measured 19.5 inches in length.

She is the granddaughter of Merida Bilbrey of Crawford, Alice Williams of Celina, and the late Oather Williams. Her great grandparents are Gracie Ledbetter of Monterey and the late Richard Bilbrey, Roy and Elsie Walls, John Cloyd and Coria Rosetta Williams, and Garnel W. and Oria Lee Reecer.

Also welcoming home the new arrival were her big sister, Samantha, and big brother, Jasper.

Ms. Bates and Mr. Bilbrey unite in matrimony September 2

Sharon Bates and Johnny Bilbrey exchanged wedding vows on Thursday, Sept. 2.

The bride is the daughter of Betty and Virgil Palk of Rickman.

A 1985 graduate of Rickman High School, she is a student at Vol State Community College where she is pursuing a degree in Sociology.

The groom is the son of the late Virginia Lee and Carl Ray Bilbrey.

The couple are making their home in Livingston.

Miss Garrett and Mr. Cope to wed October 2
Miss Doris Ann Garrett and Mr. Timmy Ralph Cope proudly announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Coy and Patricia Garrett of Fentress County.

The future groom is the son of Ruth Cope of Pickett County and the late Ralph Cope. The wedding will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2 at Red Hill Church of Christ in Static.

All friends and relatives are invited. No formal invitations will be sent.


Ms. Stamps and Mr. Rich to exchange vows October 2

Kenneth and Judy Clark proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Tammy Meshell Stamps, to Danny Frank Rich of Celina, son of Danny and Verdea Rich of Byrdstown and Jack and Gena Clark of Monroe.

The ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 2 at Fairview Freewill Baptist Church, located on Hilham Highway.

A reception will follow immediately.
