Ronnie and Christie Bull, of Livingston, proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Darbie Marie, who was born December 22, 2003, at Livingston Regional Hospital. She weighed 8 lbs. 2 oz. and measured 19.5 inches in length. She is the granddaughter of M.D. and Carolyn Howard of Monroe, Nell Bull of Gainesboro, and the late Aurthur Bull. She is the great granddaughter of James and Lena Edens and Mary Howard, all of Monroe, and the late Thedford Howard. She is also the little sister of Marty Bull of Baxter.

Ms. Reba Carolyn Newman, of Livingston, became the bride of Mr. Bobby Steve Bilbrey, of Livingston, on Friday, Jan. 9. The wedding took place at the Justice of the Peace's office with Hugh L. Ogletree officiating.
