MARY LIVIA DALE
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Livia Dale, 95, of Rickman, were
conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, August 18, 2004, from the chapel
of Speck Funeral Home.
Burial was in Holly Springs Cemetery with Bro. Bobby Gore and
Bro. Bill Dillon officiating.
Mrs. Dale died Monday, August 16 at Overton County Nursing Home.
She was a homemaker and a member of Walnut Grove Church of Christ.
Born December 27, 1908, in Clay County, she was the daughter of
the late Bill and Martha (Roberts) Moore. In addition to her parents,
she was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Dale; three children,
Hazel Lapointe, Leo Dale, and Maxine Walker; three brothers, Fred
Moore, John Frank Moore, and Herman Moore; and a sister, Olene Boles.
Survivors include two sons, Willie Hugh Dale of Livingston and
Leon Dale of Rickman; a daughter, Earlene Ledbetter of Crossville;
a sister, Lucille Muehlbauer of Hilham; 9 grandchildren; 12 great
grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Johnny Walker, Randy Ledbetter, Joel Dale, Jeff
Dale, and Bill Dillon.

BRENDA (MCLERRAN) GRACE
Funeral services for Mrs. Brenda (McLerran) Grace, 52, of Celina,
were conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, August 22, 2004, from the chapel
of Hall Funeral Home in Celina.
Burial was in Moore Cemetery in Clay County with Ronnie Parsons
Mrs. Grace died Friday, August 20 at Cumberland River Hospital
in Clay County.
Born December 9, 1951, in Clay County, she was the daughter of
Cordell and Winnie (Smith) McLerran of Celina.
Survivors, in addition to her parents, include her husband, Donald
Grace of Celina; a son, William Nichols and his wife, Lori, of Celina;
two daughters, Tina Jolin and her husband, Rodney, of Moss, and
Annette Williams and her husband, Jerry, of Chattanooga; step-children,
Patricia and Jamie Crawford of Celina, Mark and Carla Grace of Celina,
and Donnie and Kim Grace of Moss; three sisters, Joyce Holman and
her husband, James, and Peggy Hogan and her husband, Chester, all
of Celina, and Barbara Boone and her husband, Delmos Jr. of Lebanon;
three brothers, Roy McLerran and his wife, Jonell, of Moss, Harlan
McLerran and his wife, Joy, of Red Boiling Springs, and Kenneth
McLerran and his wife, Mary, of Celina; four grandchildren, Tyler
Nichols, Taylor Nichols, Jacqulyn Jolin, and Joseph Jolin; and eight
Pallbearers were Pat Smith, Doug McLerran, Brian McLerran, Jason
Dodson, Todd Jolin, and Matt Speck.
