Sells Reunion

Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Sells had their second family reunion on Sunday, August 19. The children present were Mr. and Mrs. Hobert Sells of Hatboro, PA, Reed Sells of Los Angeles, CA, Mr. and Mrs. Nasbey Sells and family, Mr. and Mrs. Domer Sells and family, Mr. and Mrs. Gradis Conatser and family, Charles Sells, and Allie Sells.

A basket dinner was spread in the front yard. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Those present were: Benson Bilbrey, Mrs. Delia Mullins, Mr. and Mrs. Huston Mullins and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ridley Mullins and family, Tom Copeland, Mrs. Charlie Reagan, Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Spurrier, Mrs. Floyd Crabtree, Mr. and Mrs. Emitt Conatser and family, Mrs. Com Pryor and family, Mrs. Waites, Mr. and Mrs. Chester Ledbetter and family, Jim Ledbetter, Rosco Smith, Edna Crabtree, Fay Crabtree, Ray Ledbetter, May Mullins, Irine McDonald, Clyde Pryor, Callie Pryor, Margaret Spurrier, and Oranell Waites.

Livingston Grammar School opened Monday with an enrollment of 458, the largest in its history.

Miss Helen Qualls has been added as an "overflow" teacher, Principal Forrest Stockton said.

You will find a lot of wolves in "shieks" clothing.

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Smith announce the birth of twin girls.

Mrs. P.W. Maynord is sick.

Helen Qualls has accepted as teaching position in the City Grammar School.

Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Norris of Alpine, report a new baby at their home.

Mrs. Sara Poston, of Windle, is visiting her daughter, Mrs. T.M. Moredock.

Lawn Party

Misses Frances and Anna Mae Eldridge entertained with a lawn party Saturday evening.

Games were played on the lawn after which delightful refreshments were served.

Those present were Virginia Hodges, Joyce Copeland, Lillian Poston, Gladys Gore, Betty June and Joan Hodges, Mickel Moore, Mary Jo Evans, George Ethel Goolsby, Mary Alice Jernigan, Kathryn McDonald, Sara Breeding, Reva and Shirlie Marie Copeland, Mabel Ledbetter, Selma and Alene Morgan, Houston Hodges, Kulil Stephens, Robert Evans, Earl Glen Hodges, Earl Thedford, Billie Keith Speck, Billie Poston, Marie Oakley, Carl Warden, and Sidney Ruth and Collen Eldridge.
