Billy and Twyla Whited, of Monroe, proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Lilly Beth, who arrived May 25, 2003, at Livingston Regional Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 3 oz. and measured 20-3/4 inches in length.

She is the granddaughter of Bill and Tonya Reeder of Monroe, Claude Jr. and Cheryl Wood of Oklahoma, Margaret Whited of Monroe, and the late Dallas Whited. Great grandparents are Claude Sr. and Bettie Jo Wood and Mel and Jo Aloway, all of Oklahoma. Also welcoming home the new arrival was her big brother, Dallas.

 

 

Aliyah Kaye-Elizabeth Carr, who arrived on June 26, 2003, at Livingston Regional Hospital, was welcomed home by her big brother, Jacob. She weighed 8 lbs. 1 oz. and measured 20 inches in length.

She is the daughter of Rocky Carr and Hayley Deaton of Allons and the granddaughter of Randy and Diane Deaton, Pam Savage, and Rocky Carr. Great grandparents are Anna Haltemann, Doris Deaton, and Harry and Kaye Redic.

Miss Flowers and Mr. Neff to exchange wedding vows Aug. 23

Miss Beverly Flowers and Mr. Michael Neff proudly announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Marilyn Flowers of Livingston and the late Keith Flowers. She is the granddaughter of Robert and Judith Jones of Albany, KY, the late Betty Conley, and Hollis Flowers.

She is a 1999 graduate of Livingston Academy.

The future groom is the son of Dean Neff and Vikki Caldwell, both of Ohio. He is the grandson of Sammie and Joan Neff and Milferd and Georgeann Palard, all of Ohio.

He is a 2000 graduate of Livingston Academy.

The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23 at Overton Lodge in Standing Stone State Park.

All family and friends are invited to attend.
