David and Wendy Ricketts of Rickman proudly announce the birth of
their daughter, Nicole Elizabeth, who arrived at Vanderbilt
Hospital on March 1, weighing 4 lbs. 5 oz. and measuring 19.5 inches
in length. She is the granddaughter of Jim and Lizz Ricketts of
Chapel Hill, Ilene Halsell of Rickman, and the late Will Halsell.
Also welcoming home the new arrival were her two big sisters, Crystal
and Jessie.
Terry and Amy Phillips of Livingston proudly announce
the birth of their son, Tanner Slade, who arrived on April
17, 2003. He weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. and measured 19.5 inches in length.
He is the grandson of Shirley Phillips, Diane Walker, Terry Phillips
Sr., Jimmie Cravens, Wilma Holeman of Livingston, and Elo Phillips
of Monterey. Also welcoming home the new arrival was his big sister,
Jayce Phillips.
Terry and Crystal Kingery proudly announce the birth
of their daughter, Aliyah Hope, who was born January 25,
2003. Also welcoming the new arrival home was her big sister, Autumn
Bailey. Aliyah and Bailey are the granddaughters of Dwight Hammock
of Livingston, Darrell and Gail Denney of Monroe, and the late Paul
and Janie Kingery. They are the great granddaughters of Irene Whited

The wedding ceremony will take place at 6 p.m. Friday, June 27
at Twin Lakes Grace Fellowship Church in Albany, KY, with Bro. Donnie
Shelley and Bro. Leon Graves officiating.
A reception will follow the ceremony in the churchÕs fellowship
hall.
All friends and family are invited to attend. No formal invitations

Miss Thrasher and Mr. Farley to unite in marriage

Miss Sherry Lynette Thrasher and Mr. Robert Douglas Farley proudly

The bride-elect is the daughter of Donald Thrasher of Cookeville
and Bruce and Linda Gore of Powder Springs, GA. She is the granddaughter
of Jr. and Wilma Huckeby of Monroe, Estelle Gore of Hilham, the
late Albert and Susie Thrasher, and Liburn Gore.
She is a 1997 graduate of Cookeville High School, a 2001 graduate
of LaGrange College in LaGrange, GA, with a bachelor of arts degree
in Psychology, and a 2003 graduate of Springfield College in Springfield,
MA, with a master of science degree in Psychology. She is enrolled
at Argosy University in Atlanta, GA, where she is pursuing her Ph.D.
The future groom is the son of Douglas and Peggy Farley of Cookeville.
He is the grandson of Trellis and Dene Fox and the late Ralph and
Veda Farley.
He is a 1996 graduate of Cookeville High School and is employed
by Gorman Construction in Powder Springs, GA.
The ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, June 14 at the Huckeby
farm in Monroe.

Allen and Lela Cravens of Crawford, and the late Lucille Dunn.
A 1999 graduate of Monterey High School, she plans to graduate
from Tennessee Technological University in 2004 with a major in
Business Administration. She is employed at Monterey Branch Library.
The future groom is the son of Charles and Janice Miller of Crawford.
He is the grandson of Mildred Ramsey and Rachel Miller, both of
Crawford, and the late Dillard Ramsey and Clarence Miller.
He is a 1996 graduate of Monterey High School and a 2000 graduate
of Tennessee Technology Center. He is employed at Progressive Engineering
Incorporated in Livingston.
The couple will exchange vows at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 21 at Monterey
First Freewill Baptist Church.
A reception will follow at Monterey Community Center.

TTCL to become a medical secretary.
