Terry and Amy Phillips of Livingston proudly announce the birth of their son, Tanner Slade, who arrived on April 17, 2003. He weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. and measured 19.5 inches in length. He is the grandson of Shirley Phillips, Diane Walker, Terry Phillips Sr., Jimmie Cravens, Wilma Holeman of Livingston, and Elo Phillips of Monterey. Also welcoming home the new arrival was his big sister, Jayce Phillips. Terry and Crystal Kingery proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Aliyah Hope, who was born January 25, 2003. Also welcoming the new arrival home was her big sister, Autumn Bailey. Aliyah and Bailey are the granddaughters of Dwight Hammock of Livingston, Darrell and Gail Denney of Monroe, and the late Paul and Janie Kingery. She is a 1997 graduate of Cookeville High School, a 2001 graduate of LaGrange College in LaGrange, GA, with a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology, and a 2003 graduate of Springfield College in Springfield, MA, with a master of science degree in Psychology. She is enrolled at Argosy University in Atlanta, GA, where she is pursuing her Ph.D. The future groom is the son of Douglas and Peggy Farley of Cookeville. He is the grandson of Trellis and Dene Fox and the late Ralph and Veda Farley. He is a 1996 graduate of Cookeville High School and is employed by Gorman Construction in Powder Springs, GA. The ceremony will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday, June 14 at the Huckeby farm in Monroe. All family and friends are invited to attend.
