June Marriage Licenses
R.T. Little and Winnie Harper;

Walter Vaughn and Hilda Todd;

and A.G. Padgett and Augusta Todd.

A bath tub has been added to the jail in Overton County. Wonder if the Judge will add "taking a bath everyday" to his sentences.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Eastland and son, Charles Ray, spent the weekend with Mrs. EastlandŐs parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.D. Bockman at Sparta.

Zina Savage spent the weekend with his uncle, J.R. Qualls.

Anna Bell and Laura Bledsoe spent the afternoon with Gladys Wolf.

Tom Stewart spent Sunday night with his sister, Mrs. J.R. Qualls, and Mr. Qualls.

Mrs. Fred Copeland and children, James, Flora, Overton, and Willis Howard, visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Ledford, and other relatives near Sparta last Sunday.

Lucille Swallows spent last week with her cousin, Elsie Lee Webb.

Fred Fleming left Thursday for Akron, Ohio, where he will spend a two-week vaction.

\Mrs. Mary Dishman and daughter, Lucy, visited relatives near Crawford over the weekend.

Linda Copeland and Bert Hammock motored to Albany, Kentucky, and were married last Friday night.

Althea, Stella, and R.G. Huddleston, children of Mr. and Mrs. Oren Huddleston, spent last Saturday night with Mr. and Mrs. Shirley Carr.
