Mr. and Mrs. Alfred White of Livingston, R.2, are the proud parents
of a baby boy.
Miss Nettie Robbins is spending a few days with Mr. and Mrs. Jim
Chilton and family.
Clifford Cook has purchased a new car.
Mr. and Mrs. Keeton Garrett announce the birth of a baby girl,
Mrs. Amon Speck was the guest of Mrs. Frederick Bilbrey Sunday
Mrs. Will Phillips visited at Mineral Springs Sunday.
Miss Claudie Lee attended the commencement exercises at Pleasant
Lansder Allred is in Nashville.
Clarence Pryor, 16, son of Mr. and Mrs. Com Pryor, was killed near
his home on the Livingston and Alpine Road when he was struck by
a car. Besides his parents, he is survived by four brothers and
three sisters. Burial was in the Miller graveyard near Allons.
Mike Brown was in Johnson City Monday.
Mr. and Mrs. Harlan Taylor, of Cookeville, were guests of Mr. and
Mrs. Cato Taylor Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. J.C. Bilbrey visited their daughter, Mrs. Roscoe McGinnis,
in Carthage Sunday.
Maxine Boswell, of Wilder, is visiting relatives in Allred.
Houston Wilder, of Flatt Creek, visited at Walter Lynn's Sunday.
Bulis Maynord and Inez Ray, of Timothy, motored to Albany, Ky,
May 21, and were married.
Mr. and Mrs. Oren Huddleson and children, of Copeland Cove, attended
a decoration near Byrdstown last Sunday.
Connie Allred, of Windle, is visiting Effie Holman.
