Miss Hensley and Mr. Russell to exchange vows on October 12

Miss Kayla Hensley and Mr. Tim Russell will exchange wedding vows Saturday, Oct. 12 at noon at the tea room at Standing Stone State Park.

The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Billy Larry and Freda Gail Hensley of Hilham. She is the granddaughter of William and Reba Hensley of Livingston, Nell Bull of Gainesboro, and the late Arthur Bull. She is the niece of Betty Lacy of Livingston.

A 2002 graduate of Livingston Academy, she is enrolled at Tennessee Technological University as a Business major.

The future groom is the son of Dannie and Marisa Thompson of Cookeville. He is the grandson of Helen Thompson of Wheatcroft, KY.

A 1999 graduate of Cookeville High School, he is attending Tennessee Technological University, where he is double majoring in MIS and History.

No formal invitations will be sent. All family and friends are invited to attend. A reception will follow the ceremony.

 

Miss Beaty and Mr. Burchfield to unite in matrimony October 12

Miss April Beaty and Mr. Ryan Burchfield will exchange wedding vows at Williams Chapel Church in Pall Mall on Saturday, Oct. 12 at 2 p.m.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Junior and Debbie Beaty of Pall Mall. She is the granddaughter of Zola Winningham of Jamestown, Dorman and Jean Beaty of Albany, KY, and the late Ben Winningham.

She is a 1999 graduate of Pickett County High School and a 2002 graduate of Volunteer State Community College with an associates degree in Business Commerce. She plans to attend Tennessee Technological University to pursue her bachelorŐs degree. She is employed at Vol State and N&L Business Systems.

The future groom is the son of David and Carolyn Burchfield of Livingston. He is the grandson of Reba Deck of Livingston, the late Clyde Deck, and Vaughn and Neva Burchfield.

He is a specialist in Tennessee Army National Guard and a 2000 graduate of Livingston Academy. He is attending Volunteer State Community College, majoring in Wildlife Management. He is employed at McCormick Paper.

All family and friends are invited to attend the ceremony.

 

Miss Allen and Mr. Farris to exchange wedding vows November 9

Miss Sarah Melissa Allen, of Livingston, and Mr. Joshua Joe Farris, of Cookeville, will exchange wedding vows at Southern Hills Country Club in Cookeville on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 5 p.m.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Kenneth and Libby Allen of Livingston and the late Jeff Holman. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Allen of Cookeville, Shelby Reid of Livingston, and the late Morris Reid.

She attends Volunteer State Community College.

The future groom is the son of Jay and Jackie Duncan of Cookeville and the late Donnie Farris. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Dean Spurgeon and Mr. and Mrs. George Farris, all of Cookeville.

He is employed by Fleetguard/Cummins.
