Livingston Regional Hospital will no longer be able to provide photographs and birth information for publication in the newspaper for babies born June 1 or after. The hospital has noted regret for any inconvenience the change may cause; however, the safety of the babies and their families is a priority at the facility. Individuals who would like to have their baby's photograph and birth information published in Overton County News may call the newspaper at (931) 823-6485 or visit 415 West Main Street in Livingston for further information.

Miss Boles and Mr. Ray to exchange wedding vows September 14

Miss Julie Beth Boles of Livingston and Mr. Timmy Ray of Allons will exchange wedding vows at Christ Church Presbyterian in Alpine Saturday, Sept. 14 at 2 p.m.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rodney Johnson and Mr. and Mrs. Mike Boles of Livingston and the granddaughter of Mr. James Hull of Livingston and the late Wanda Hull and Mrs. Betty Kirpatrick and Harold Boles.

She is a 2000 graduate of Livingston Academy, attended Vol State Community College and is employed at Livingston Regional Hospital.

The future groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Ray of Allons and the grandson of Leonard Ray of Allons and the late Bernadine Ray and Mr. and Mrs. Ben Hawkins.

He is a 1998 graduate of Livingston Academy and is employed at Livingston Label.

A reception will follow immediately after the ceremony.

 

Miss Fesler and Mr. Steel to exchange wedding vows August 17

Miss Kathryn Marie Fesler of Cookeville and Mr. James Allen Steele III of Livingston will exchange wedding vows at Cedar Lake Camp in Livingston Saturday, Aug. 17 at 6:45 p.m.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Dan Fesler of Cookeville.

She is a student at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

The future groom is the son of Rev. and Mrs. Allen Steele of Livingston.

He will transfer from Tennessee Tech University to UT Knoxville this fall.

All family and friends are invited to attend.

 

Miss Gebbia and Mr. Stephens to unite in matrimony August 24

Miss Tara Nicole Gebbia of Hilham and Mr. Joey Ray Stephens of Livingston will exchange wedding vows in Livingston Saturday, Aug. 24.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Larry and Debra Gentry and Cathy and Joe Gebbia of Hilham, and the granddaughter of Mildred and Walden Chrisman of Gainesboro, Anna Ruth and Arlow Gentry of Cookeville, and Armand Gebbia of Taylor, MI, and the late Florence Gebbia.

She is a 2002 graduate of Tennessee Technology Center at Livingston. She is employed by Shoney’s in Cookeville.

The future groom is the son of John and Patricia Stephens of Livingston and the grandson of Serene Stephens and the late Z.J. Stephens and Ray and Betty Hogue.

He is a 2001 graduate of Livingston Academy and is pursing a career in building construction at Tennessee Technology Center at Living-ston.

After the wedding the couple will reside in Livingston.

 

Miss Qualls and Mr. Steck to exchange vows October 12

Miss Cara Qualls of Nashville and Mr. Michael Steck of Wheaton, IL, will exchange wedding vows at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Knoxville, Saturday, Oct. 12.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mike and Carolyn Qualls of Nashville and the granddaughter of Charles and Loretta Qualls of Livingston and the late Edd and Lois Coleman.

She has a bachelor of science degree and master of public health from the University of Tennessee. She is forming her own worksite health promotion business.

The future groom is the son of Frank and Noreen Steck of Wheaton, IL, and the grandson of Connie Merrick of Plains, PA, and the late George Merrick and Lewis and Mary Steck.

He has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Tennessee and is director of marketing for Dagger, a division of Watermark Paddlesports.

 

Miss Roberts and Mr. Weaver to unite in matrimony September 14

Miss Angela Kay Roberts and Mr. Thomas Patterson Weaver, both of Celina, will exchange wedding vows at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Al McLerran Saturday, Sept. 14 at 6 p.m.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mitchell and Donna Massingille and the granddaughter of Jack and Red Huddleston, and Rosie Massin-gille, all of Celina.

The future groom is the son of Merrill and Betsy Holtam of Moss, and Robert and Louellen Weaver of Algood and the grandson of Edwina Napier of Celina and Frances Weaver of Algood.

Miss Robbins and Mr. Dishman to exchange wedding vows August 23

Miss Tabitha Leigh Robbins of Livingston and Mr. Kevin Ray Dishman of Rickman will exchange wedding vows at the Livingston Church of Christ Friday, Aug. 23 at 7 p.m.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Robby and Melissa Robbins of Livingston and the granddaughter of Bruce and Patsy Coleman of Livingston and Shelton and Imogene Robbins of Monroe.

She is a 2002 graduate of Livingston Academy and is employed by American Bank & Trust.

The future groom is the son of Kenny and Shelia Dishman of Rickman and the grandson of L.T. and Geraldine Matheny of Rickman and Clyde and Jean Dishman of Livingston.

He is a 1999 graduate of Livingston Academy and is employed by United States Postal Service in Algood.
