Brian and Tina Hall proudly announce the birth of their son, Jordan Daniel, who was born May 24, 2002. He weighed 7 lbs. 4 oz. and measured 20.25 inches in length. He is the grandson of Bobby and Nona Young, Kenny and Shelia Walker, and Donna Hall and the late Marshall Wayne Hall. He is the great grandson of Thomas Vaughn. Shane and Christi Kirby of Algood proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Maggie Elizabeth, who was born June 6, 2002, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She weighed 8 lbs. 7 oz. and measured 20.25 inches in length. She is the granddaughter of Donald and Peggy Ledbetter of Livingston and Michael and Shirley Kirby of Cookeville. She is the great granddaughter of Bryan and Polly Rooker and Velma Ledbetter, all of Livingston, Wilma Henry of Cookeville, and the late Junior Henry and Verlon and Lorene Kirby. Also welcoming home the new arrival were her big sisters, Madelyn and Mallary. Matthew Don and Amy Jo Reagan of Nashville proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Madaline Jo, who was born April 4, 2002. She is the granddaughter of Donnie and Deborah Reagan of Monroe, J.R. and Minky Perry of Nashville, and Bill Dorris of Nashville. She is the great granddaughter of Irene Whited and Velma Mae Reagan, both of Monroe, Jo and Jewell Casey of Nashville, and the late Marna Dorris Lawrence. Brian and Rachel Smith of Algood proudly announce the birth of their son, Connor Wade, who was born June 15, 2002. He weighed 5 lbs. 15 oz. and measured 19.5 inches in length. His grandparents are Mark and Anna Poston of Livingston and Jeff and Teresa Smith of Jamestown. He is the great grandson of Imogene Poston of Livingston, Jerry and Betty Monday of Fairmont, WV, Bill and Jean Potter and Carl and Dean Smith, all of Jamestown, and the late D.T. Poston and Bobby Huddleston.
Livingston Regional Hospital will no longer be able to provide photographs and birth information for publication in the newspaper for babies born June 1 or after. The hospital has noted regret for any inconvenience the change may cause; however, the safety of the babies and their families is a priority at the facility. Individuals who would like to have their baby's photograph and birth information published in Overton County News may call the newspaper at (931) 823-6485 or visit 415 West Main Street in Livingston for further information.
