Gerald and Margrett Windle of Rickman proudly announce
the birth of their daughter, Taylor Brooke, who was born
February 20, 2002, at Cookeville Regional Hospital. She weighed
8 lbs. 1 oz. and was 21 inches long. Her grandparents are Jerry
and Jeanette Windle of Livingston and James and Darnell Nash of
Baxter.
Livingston Regional Hospital will no longer be able
to provide photographs and birth information for publication in
the newspaper for babies born June 1 or after. The hospital has
noted regret for any inconvenience the change may cause; however,
the safety of the babies and their families is a priority at the
facility. Individuals who would like to have their baby's photograph
and birth information published in Overton County News may call
the newspaper at (931) 823-6485 or visit 415 West Main Street in
Livingston for further information.

Miss Hudson and Mr. Wells united in marriage
June 1

Mary Hudson became the bride of Bryan Wells Saturday, June 1 at
a Wedding chapel in Gatlinburg with Rev. Johnny Leonard officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Barney and Eva Hudson of Hartsville,
SC, and the granddaughter of Margret Fallow and Flossie Hudson and
the late Woodrow Chisholm and Barney C. Hudson.
The groom is the son of Howard and Betty Wells of Rickman and the
grandson of the late Herman and Mildred Wells and Casper and Ona
Little. She is a 1996 graduate of Hartsville High School in Hartsville,
SC, and 2001 graduate of Betty Stevens Cosmetology School.
She is employed at Divine Designs in Cookeville.
He is a 1986 graduate of Livingston Academy and is self employed.
The couple honeymooned in Gatlinburg.

Miss Parsons and Mr. Clark to exchange wedding
vows July 27

Miss Cayce Parsons of Livingston and Mr. John Clark of Byrdstown
will exchange wedding vows at the First Christian Church in Livingston
Saturday, July 27 at 2 p.m.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Rickie and Cathy Parsons of
Livingston and the granddaughter of Martha Bea Parsons and the late
Eddie and Helen Cole and Everett Parsons.
She is a 2000 graduate of Livingston Academy and is attending Vol
State.
The future groom is the son of Jimmie Lee and Joan Clark of Byrdstown
and the grandson of Willard and June Hill and the late Dredmont
and Mary Lou Clark.
He is a 1995 graduate of Pickett County High School and is employed
at Aeroquip.
Miss Broadway and Mr. Billingsley to exchange
wedding vows July 20

Miss Bethany Broadway and Mr. Chuck Billingsley will exchange wedding
vows at Madison Church of Christ on Saturday, July 20 at 4 p.m.
The bride-elect is the daughter of John and Barbara Broadway of
Gallatin. She is the granddaughter of Dorothy Newby of McMinnville,
Grace Broadway of Madison, the late Arthur C. Newby, and Andrew
Broadway.
She received her bachelor of arts degree from Lipscomb University
with a major in Math Education. She is pursuing her masterŐs degree
in Administration/Supervision at Tennessee State University. She
is employed at Gallatin High School as a math teacher and softball
coach.
The future groom is the son of Bob and Ardith Billingsley of Cookeville.
He is the grandson of Frank and Pearl (Reeder) Fletcher and William
and Prietta Billingsley.
He received his bachelor of science degree from Tennessee Tech
with a major in Human Ecology. He is pursuing a masterŐs degree
in School Counseling at Tennessee State University. He is employed
at The Frame Place in Nashville.
