Livingston Regional Hospital will no longer be able
to provide photographs and birth information for publication in
the newspaper for babies born June 1 or after. The hospital has
noted regret for any inconvenience the change may cause; however,
the safety of the babies and their families is a priority at the
facility. Individuals who would like to have their baby's photograph
and birth information published in Overton County News may call
the newspaper at (931) 823-6485 or visit 415 West Main Street in
Livingston for further information.

Miss Kendell and Mr. Clark united in marriage
June 15

Renee Kendell became the bride of Bill Clark Jr., Saturday, June
15 at his home in Nashville.
The bride is the daughter of Danny Kendell of Celina, and Don and
Linda Downey of Woodbury. She is the granddaughter of Irene Kendell
and Lorene Thompson, both of Celina, and the late Henry Kendell
and Lester Thompson.
The groom is the son of Bill and Pat Clark of Livingston. He is
the grandson of Nellie Vaughn of Allons and the late Carl Edd Vaughn
and James and Pearl Clark.
She is a 1993 graduate of Celina High School and a 1999 graduate
of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in accounting.
She is employed at Larry Hyatt & Associates CPA Firm.
He is a 1990 graduate of Pickett County High School and a 1994
graduate of Tennessee Technological University with a degree in
accounting. He is a CPA and is employed at IKON Construction Inc.
The couple resides in Belle-vue.

Miss Johnson and Mr. Boles to exchange wedding
vows July 20

Miss Christina Suzann Johnson and Mr. William Perry Boles, both
of Livingston, will exchange wedding vows at Livingston First Christian
Church Saturday, July 20 at 2 p.m.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Marylyn Johnson of Livingston
and the late Bennie Johnson and the granddaughter of the late William
M. and Ada Johnson and Joe and Ona Holt.
She is a 1998 graduate of Livingston Academy and a 2002 graduate
of Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. degree in Human
Ecology with a concentration in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics.
She is employed as a Hospitality Assistant at Baptist Hospital in
Nashville.
The future groom is the son of Donald and Patty Boles of Livingston
and the grandson of Frances Boles of Canton, MI, and Clifton Smith
of Gainesboro and the late Doris Boles and Jewel Smith.
He is a 1996 graduate of Livingston Academy and a 2000 graduate
of Tennessee Technological University with a B.S. degree in Business
Administration. He is employed as a Systems Specialist at the Aero-structures
Corporation in Nashville.
All friends and family are invited to attend.
A reception will follow the ceremony in the Livingston First Christian
Church Fellowship Hall.
The couple will honeymoon in St. Lucia.
