Ada Daniels, of Paran, visited Versia McClain Monday afternoon.
Marida Stringfield, of Crawford, was in Livingston Saturday.
Crops are looking better in Happy Hollow.
Bertha Dishman visited Della Cantrell last week.
Ed Pryor has moved from Oakley into the E. Lacy property in East
Mrs. T.B. Huddleston is visiting her daughter, Mrs. Will H. Clark,
Dr. Gray, of Celina, was visiting his son, Chas. P. Gray, in Livingston
Elizabeth Dale is visiting her sister, Mrs. William Barrett, at
Pala Belk and Miss Exie Masters motored to Franklin, KY, on Saturday,
August 27, where they were married. The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Riley Masters, of the Third District of Overton County.
Thr groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Beck, also of the Third
District. He has been employed for several years in Detroit, MI,
where they will make their home.
Mrs. R.L. Little is suffering from a sprained ankle.
Mr. and Mrs. C.C. Parsons are in Johnson City. Mrs. C.B. Arnold,
of Nashville, is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Mofield.
Bob Taylor, Paul Burtram, and Ernest Amonette, of Byrdstown, were
in Livingston Tuesday on business.
Alma Green visited her sister, Mrs. Elyla Langford, of Mill Creek,
over the week-end.
Mrs. Mary Etta Loftis is visiting her daughter, Mrs. I.G. Masters.
Nola Boatman, of near Paran, has been visiting her sister, Mrs.
Wint Breeding, of Okolona.
Mr. and Mrs. Donald Norrod, of Detroit, are visiting Mrs. Norrod's
parents, Mr. and Mrs. Doc Morgan, of Crawford.
Mrs. Bell Cooper is very ill at the home of her daughter, Mrs.
Farmers in Livingston, Route 2, are busy pulling fodder.
