Kelly Williams Team Remains Undefeated

The Kelly Williams Law Office team held onto the lead in Overton County Men's Softball League with a 12-0 record through Thursday, June 14. Last week's scores are as follows:

American Savings Bank is the Overton County Babe Ruth season runner-up. Overton County Babe Ruth players with the highest batting averages in each age group are, from left, Cody King, 15 year-olds, Brian Colson, 14 year-olds (highest average in league at .636), and Jamie Vaughn, 13 year-olds. Colson is also the leader in home runs for the season. Strikeout leader of the season is Cody Sells, not pictured.

Girls 12-Under Tournament Held

Speck Funeral Home placed first in the Overton County 12-Under Girls Softball League Tournament, and was runner-up in the regular season. First National Bank took the regular season championship in the Overton County 12-Under Softball League, and was runner-up in the league tournament.
