Terry Glen and Amanda Sue Barnes of Cookeville proudly
announce the birth of their daughter, Kaitlyn Brooke James,
who was born August 28, 2001. She weighed 6 lbs. 11 oz. and was
19-3/4 inches long. She is the granddaughter of Sue Dixon and Earl
Glen Ledbetter, both of Livingston, Gary Bruce and Tina Dixon, and
Gerry and Paul Ray of Allons. Also welcoming home the new arrival
was her big sister, Jessica Nicole.

announce the birth of their son, Skiler Gene, who was born
September 14, 2001. He weighed 7 lbs. 3 oz. and was 19 inches long.
He is the grandson of Billy Presley, Billie Jane Knight, Richard
and Stella Brooks, and David Blackwell. He is the step-grandson
of Joe and Ruba Knight.
Drs. Jeff and Lisbeth Selby of Lexington, KY, proudly
announce the birth of their daughter, Bethany Marie, who
was born September 7, 2001, at the University of Kentucky Hospital
in Lexington. She weighed 6 lbs. 1oz. Her grandparents are Dr. and

Miss Henry And Mr. Honeycutt Exchange August
Miss Amy Henry, given in marriage by her father and step-father,
became the bride of Travis Honeycutt on August 25, 2001, during
a 2 p.m. ceremony officiated by Mark Honeycutt at Harris Chapel
Freewill Baptist Church.
The bride is the daughter of Gary and Pam Harris of Rickman and
Terry Henry of Livingston.
The groom is the son of Chris and Janice Brown of Tyler Point and
Tony and Sheri Honeycutt of Cookeville. Serving as maid of honor
was Laura Holman, friend of the bride.
Serving as bridesmaids were Jamie Ray and Mandy Gunter, friends
of the bride, and Amanda Harris, stepsister of the bride. The attendants
carried bouquets of wildflowers.

were Josh Hinson, cousin of the groom, Jason Harris, friend of the

Miss Brown & Mr. Norrod To Wed Oct. 20
Miss Kelly Donita Brown and Mr. Cory Christopher Norrod will exchange
wedding vows Saturday, Oct. 20, 2001, at 6 p.m. at First United
Methodist Church in Livingston.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Donald and Heidi Brown of Livingston.
She is the granddaughter of the late Woodrow and Flora (Copeland)
Cannon and Elanzo and Myrtle (Eldridge) Brown.
She is a graduate of Livingston Academy and currently attends the
Tennessee Technological University School of Nursing.
The future groom is the son of Charles Danny and Merrie Lee Norrod
He is the grandson of Coleen Norris and the late Donald Norris,
and Gerald Norrod, and the late Katherine Norrod. He is a graduate
of Livingston Academy and currently attends Tennessee Technological
University, majoring in Business Finance.

Miss Jacqueline Renee Bennett, of Celina, and Mr. David Callan
Reid, of Pleasant Shade, will exchange wedding vows Saturday, Oct.
20, 2001 at 7 p.m. at Pleasant Shade Upper Cumberland Presbyterian
The bride-elect is the daughter of Duane and Sheila Carter and
Jackie and Gay Frogge, all of Livingston. She is the granddaughter
of James Reed and Hazel Bailey, of Celina.
She is a graduate of the 2001 fall nursing class at Tennessee Technology
Center in Livingston.
The future groom is the son of James L. Vaughn and Delilah Reid,
both of Franklin, KY, and the late Norman Reid.
He is the grandson of Hammer and Wilma Price of Pleasant Shade
and Effie Reid of Carthage and the late Andy Reid. He is currently
employed at Bass Funeral Home in Smith County.
