Mr. And Mrs. Laycock Renew Vows In Augus

t

David and Vickie Laycock renewed their wedding vows August 5, 2000, in the garden of Frank and Mary Laycock. The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Frank Dial. Jeremy Laycock, son of the couple, officiated the 2 p.m. ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Sarah Dial and the late James Dial.

The groom is the son of Frank and Mary Laycock.

The garden was decorated with pink and yellow bows in garden setting, a green arch, a silver 25th emblem and ivy. The bride's dress was a green and black sundress.

She carried a bouquet of pink and yellow roses with pink and yellow ribbons and silver.

The bride's mother wore a light green pant suit with a corsage of yellow roses. The groom's mother wore a light green pant suit with a yellow rose corsage.

The guest table was decorated with a silver anniversary white cake with pink and yellow roses and topped with white doves and a 25th anniversary emblem.

Reba Clouse and Betty Mackie were the servers.

Miss Hall And Mr. Anderson To Hold October Wedding

Dennis Jr. and Mitzi Hall of Jackson announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amy Catherine, to Jonathan Edward Anderson, son of Gary and Gloria Anderson of Henderson.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Dennis P. Hall Sr. of Jackson, Dean and Carla Crooks of Amarillo, TX, and the late Bonnie Hall.

The future groom is the grandson of Earl Culver of Savannah, Edward and Dorcas Anderson of Livingston, and the late Dorothy Culver.

She is a 1994 honor graduate of South Side High School and a 1997 graduate of the EMT-IV program at Jackson State Community College.

He is a 1986 graduate of Chester County High School. He received a bachelor of science degree in biology in 1992 from Freed-Hardeman University. He also received a degree in respiratory care from Jackson State Community College in 1995. He is general manager with American Homepatient.

The ceremony will be held at North Jackson Church of Christ in Jackson with a reception following. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.

 

Miss Beckwith And Mr. McMahan To Unite In Marriage October 7

Glenn and Judy Beckwith of Nashville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Vicki Lynn, to Kenneth Allen McMahan, son of William and Charlene McMah-an of Livingston.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ovella Beckwith of Brush Creek, the late Ivanus Beckwith, and Faye Baldwin.

The groom is the grandson of the late Cortes and Ruby Ledbetter Allred and Dewey and Minnie Edwards McMahan.

She is a graduate of McGavock High School and Middle Tennessee State University. She is the owner of Vicki Beckwith Design.

He is a graduate of Livingston Academy. He is employed by Catalog Music Corp.

The couple will exchange vows October 7, 2000.

 

 

Miss Huckeby And Mr. Blazer To Exchange October 14 Vows

Mickey and Pat Huckeby of Monroe announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Christy Ann, to Robert Christopher Blazer, son of Jonathan and Sherrie Blazer of Nashville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Junior and Wilma Huckeby of Monroe, Raymond “Sonny” and Helen Reeser of Monroe, and the great granddaughter of Edna Reeser of Monroe.

The future groom is the grandson of Robert and Marcia Blazer of Goodlettsville and Robert and Martha Exum of Nashville.

She is a 1996 graduate of Livingston Academy and a senior at Tennessee Technological University, majoring in Sociology-Criminal Justice.

He is a 1996 graduate of Davidson Academy. He attended Tennessee Technological University majoring in Business. He is employed at Patio Enclosures in Nashville.

The 6 p.m. ceremony will be held Saturday, October 14, 2000 at the Willow Avenue Church of Christ in Cookeville.
