Stevie and Tammy Sims of Monroe proudly announce the birth of their son, William Ryan, who was born July 28 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He weighed 6 lbs. 14 oz. and was 20 1/2 inches long. Proud grandparents are Bill and Sue Brown of Livingston and Darius and Susan Sims of Monroe. Proud great grandparents are Mattie Bell Ledbetter and Charlie and Mary Jo Ray of Livingston.

Miss Boles, Mr. Wilson To Exchange September Vows

Mr. and Mrs. Billy Boles and Mr. Mike Wilson and Ms. Myra Burton proudly announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their children, Billie Sue Boles and Al Wilson.

The wedding ceremony will be held at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2000, at Rickman First Baptist Church, located at 260 Old Railroad Road.

A reception will immediately follow the ceremony.

All friends and family are invited to join the celebration.

 

Miss Grogan And Mr. Phillips To Be Joined In Marriage

Willard and Linda Grogan of Cookeville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Miss Malana Grogan, to Daniel Phillips, son of Donnie and Donna Phillips of Livingston.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Vera Clemens, Anna Mae Grogan, and the late Edward Green.

The groom is the grandson of Dan and Lucille Buck and Odus Johnson and the late Maxine Johnson. He is the great grandson of Vera Buck and the late Dillard Buck.

She is a 1996 graduate of Cookeville High school. She currently works at Eastern Foam in Cookeville.

He is a 1994 graduate of Livingston Academy. He also works at Eastern Foam.

The ceremony will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 16, 2000, at the First Assembly of God, located on 2nd and College streets.
