their son, Isaac Stone, who was born February 11, 2000,
at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Proud grandparents are
Lonnie and Sandy Conner of Monroe, Randall Bilbrey of Livingston,
and Wanda Bilbrey of Sparta. Also welcoming home the new arrival
was his big sister Tessa Jayde.

Hayes and David Buell, both of Livingston, announce the engagement
and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kelly April Buell, to
Eric Dean Sikes, son of Debbie Roberts of Greenwood, SC, and Frank
Sikes of Memphis.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Glen Gore, Jean Forton,
and Edith Buell.
The groom is the grandson of George and Carol Kavalcik.
She is a 1995 graduate of Livingston Academy.
He is a 1994 graduate of Greenwood High in Greenwood, SC.
The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. Saturday, April 1, 2000, at First
Assembly of God Church. No formal invitations will be sent. All
friends and family are invited to share in their happy day.
The couple plans to make their home in Clarksville. Mr. Eric Sikes

are proud to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Dewayne and Judy Hargis of Cookeville
and Billie and Jo Harting of Eaton, IN.
The groom is the son of Billy and Joyce Hall of Livingston.
She is a 1995 graduate of Roane State Community College with an
associates degree in nursing.
She is currently employed with Quality Home Health Care in Livingston
and Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville.
He is a 1990 graduate of Livingston Academy and is the owner/operator
of HallŐs Shoes in Jamestown.
The ceremony will take place oceanside on the Caribbean island
of St. Lucia Thursday, April 13, 2000 at 3 p.m. The newlyweds will
honeymoon at the Sandals Resort before their return.
The couple plans to make their home in Allardt.
