Miss Hammock And Mr. Shipley To Exchange April Wedding Vows

Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hammock of Monroe announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Miss Karen Tenae Hammock, to James Nathan Shipley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Shipley of Knoxville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Smith and the late Herbert Hoover and Mr. and Mrs. Burt Hammock.

The bridegroom-to-be is the grandson of Omer Blakely and the late Zula Blakley and Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Shipley.

He is currently employed at Knox County Sheriff’s Department.

The wedding is planned for 4 p.m., Saturday, April 8, 2000, at First Baptist Church in Livingston. Mr. Nathan Shipley & Miss Tenea Hammock
