Ray Burks has moved to his own residence and Harve Norris who
lived in it moved to the cottage vacated by Mr. Burks.

Harvey Peek went to Nashville last week to have his eye treated.
W.D. Guthrie and wife and Mrs. Nancy Boman went to Monterey last
Elvin Moredock, of Texas, came in Monday for a visit with relatives
and old friends. He left this place 22 years ago.
Mrs. Wm. Fleming, who lives with her daughter, Mrs. B.H. Hunt,
fell Saturday and broke her arm.
Miss Myrtie Maud Creacy, of Monroe, is visiting her sister, Mrs.
I have some nice, thoroughbred berkshire pigs for sale - 3 months
old. W.H. Mullins, Nettle Carrier ¥ Elmo Eubank and Miss Grace Eastland
visited Miss Ruth Myers at Windle Sunday afternoon. Miss Myers is
in school here and cameback with them.
Miss Alta Owen is visiting friends in Jamestown.
G.S. McDonald, of West Fork, was in town Monday and told us of
a white crow that had taken up its headquarters in the fields near
Joe D. Hatcher, Jr. and Miss Elva Gray Page were married last Saturday

Mrs. Sarah Keisling, of Eagle Creek, is here visiting her son,

Eugene Marcom and wife and their little son, and W.A. Roe, of Willow
Grove, were in town Sunday night on their way home from Monterey.
Esq. E.C. Poston was on crutches Monday, the result of coming in
contact with a circle saw.
